७ no cancellation allowed. no refunds will be made for reasons outside my control once payment is made (eg. sudden change of mind, item lost in transit, not working properly, etc.) ७ service cancellations after confirmation will be charged 80% of the price. failure to pay for the cancellation fee will result to be posted as joy reserver and all infos will be shared publicly so other sellers can be aware ७ refunds can only be made if it is my fault (eg. missing or wrong item received). unboxing proof from the moment you open the package needed. *no uncut unboxing proof = no refund* ७ if refunds are to be made, i can only refund by the ff. method: paypal & kr bank [note: if you have paid in usd, i can only refund in usd, if you have paid in krw, i can only refund in krw]
